Business Development Manager – May 2026 start
Location: London (4 days pw office) Posted: 9th March 2026 Status: Open to applications ​ We’re looking for a high-energy Business Development or Solution Sales professional with 4+ years’ experience in fintech or financial services to help grow our commercial partnerships. Reporting initially to the CEO (and later the Chief Commercial Officer), you’ll play a central role in expanding our vendor network and building strategic partnerships across the financial services ecosystem. If you enjoy opening doors, building strong industry relationships and closing meaningful deals, this could be a great fit. Marketing Associate – June 2026 start
Location: London (4 days pw in office) Posted: 10th March 2026 Status: Open to applications ​ Are you a personable, commercially minded Marketing Associate with around two years’ experience who’s excited to help grow a fintech business supporting the UK’s real economy? This role offers significant exposure to both strategic marketing planning and hands-on campaign execution. This role is ideal for someone who is curious, analytical and keen to develop their marketing career in B2B financial services. We’d particularly like to hear from candidates with experience — through an internship or early professional role — in fintech, financial services or business equipment markets. Mid–Senior Software Developer (PHP or Python) – April 2026 start

Reporting to the CTO, you’ll work as part of a small technical team developing cloud-native services and APIs that support our growing marketplace and partner ecosystem. Data and Credit Associate – March 2026 start ***Role filled***
Location: London (4 days pw in office) Posted: 9th January 2026 Status: Closed for applications​ We’re looking for a detail-oriented and analytically minded Credit & Data Associate to support the growth of Equipal’s fintech platform. Working closely with the commercial and technology teams, you’ll help analyse credit data, support partner onboarding and contribute to the integrity of the data that powers our platform. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who enjoys working with data, understanding financial risk and supporting the infrastructure that helps small businesses access equipment finance. ​ What you’ll be doing: Supporting credit analysis and underwriting processes Reviewing and organising financial and operational data from partners Helping maintain the accuracy and integrity of platform data Assisting with partner onboarding and documentation processes Contributing insights that help improve credit decisioning and data workflows​ ​ What we’re looking for: 1–3 years’ experience in credit analysis, financial services, fintech or data-focused roles Strong numerical and analytical skills High attention to detail and good organisational skills An interest in credit risk, financial data and fintech platforms Strong written and verbal communication skills ​ What we offer: £60k salary Professional education allowance Private medical insurance
